30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition as received, unused and in their original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact form. Returns must be sent to the following address: Ormslevvej 23, 8260 Viby J, Denmark.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a payment link for the return shipping cost. Once payment has been completed, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photographs of the damage when you contact us via our contact form.

Exceptions
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have received. Once the return has been accepted, make a separate order for the new item. You are also welcome to visit us at our atelier at Ormslevvej 23, 8260 Viby J, Denmark, where you can exchange for other colours or pieces in person.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the item is being shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received, unused and in its original packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
