Delivery Time
Denmark: Standard shipping within Denmark takes 2–3 business days.
EU: Standard shipping within the EU takes 3–8 business days. Outside EU: Standard shipping typically takes 1–2 weeks.

We strive to ship orders no later than the next business day after an order has been placed.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and quantity of your order and your delivery address. For orders to the United States and other destinations outside the EU, shipping costs can vary significantly depending on the pieces you have chosen. You will see the exact shipping cost when you enter your delivery address at checkout before completing your purchase.

Shipping Regions
We ship to all European countries, Canada, the United States, Australia, Brazil, Turkey, Japan, and South Korea. If you are located outside these regions, please get in touch and we will find out whether shipping to your country is possible.

Packaging
All pieces are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. Ceramic sculptures are fragile by nature, and we take every precaution to protect them during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and we will find a solution.

Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped within the EU are delivered with no additional customs charges.

For orders to Norway and the United Kingdom, local VAT is included in the price at checkout. We are registered for VAT in both countries, so you will not be charged additional tax or customs fees upon delivery.

For orders outside the EU, Norway, and the UK, import duties, taxes, and handling fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict the exact amount, as rates vary by country and order value.

Orders to the US are subject to a 15% tariff on EU goods regardless of order value. Orders to Canada, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Brazil, and Turkey may be subject to local import duties and VAT upon delivery.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure what charges may apply. Please note that we are unable to mark orders as gifts or understate their value on customs declarations.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return authorisation and instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
